이용약관

1. 목적

본 약관은 주식회사 미디어나비(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 서바이버 RNG(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건과 이용자·회사의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 서비스 제공

• 게임은 무료로 제공되며, 일부 유료 아이템(인앱결제)과 광고 시청 보상이 포함될 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 게임의 내용(밸런스, 콘텐츠, 이벤트 등)을 사전 고지 없이 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 서비스 운영상 필요한 경우 게임 제공을 일시 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

3. 게임 데이터

• 게임 진행 데이터는 이용자 기기 내부 저장소에 저장됩니다.
• 앱 삭제, 기기 변경, 기기 초기화 시 데이터가 삭제될 수 있으며, 회사는 기기 저장 데이터의 유실을 복구할 의무를 지지 않습니다.

4. 인앱결제와 청약철회

• 인앱결제는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다.
• 결제 취소·환불은 각 스토어 사업자의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
• 구매 즉시 지급·사용되는 디지털 콘텐츠는 관련 법령이 정한 범위 내에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 의무

• 게임 클라이언트의 변조, 부정한 방법을 통한 재화 취득, 버그 악용 행위를 금지합니다.
• 게임 내 콘텐츠(이미지, 사운드, 코드 등)를 무단으로 복제·배포할 수 없습니다.

6. 지식재산권

게임과 게임 내 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.

7. 책임의 제한

회사는 천재지변, 기기 결함, 네트워크 장애 등 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.

8. 약관의 변경

회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 게임 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

9. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 발생할 경우 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the mobile game Survivor RNG (the "Game") provided by MediaNavi Inc. (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company. By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these terms.

2. Service

• The Game is provided free of charge and may include paid items (in-app purchases) and rewarded advertising.
• The Company may change the Game's content (balance, content, events, etc.) without prior notice.
• The Company may suspend or discontinue the Game when necessary for service operation.

3. Game Data

• Game progress data is stored in your device's local storage.
• Data may be deleted when the app is uninstalled or the device is changed or reset. The Company is not obligated to restore data lost from device storage.

4. In-App Purchases and Refunds

• In-app purchases are processed through the Google Play or Apple App Store billing systems.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the refund policy of the respective store operator.
• Withdrawal rights may be limited for digital content that is delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. User Obligations

• Modifying the game client, obtaining in-game currency through unauthorized means, and exploiting bugs are prohibited.
• In-game content (images, sound, code, etc.) may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Game and its content belong to the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its intent or gross negligence, such as force majeure, device defects, or network failures. The Game is provided "as is."

8. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Changes will be announced in the Game or on this page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction over disputes follows the Civil Procedure Act.
